How do you quote a project?
We come out for a free 30–60 minute walk-through, take measurements and photos, and email an itemized PDF quote within 24 hours.

What's your payment schedule?
10% to schedule the start date, then milestone payments tied to verifiable completion. Final 10% holds until walk-through sign-off.

Do you pull permits?
Yes. We're a VA Class A contractor and we pull every permit your municipality requires.
No. They're a directional starting point. The final design pack we build from is hand-drawn by our designer and signed by you before any demo starts.

What happens to the photos I upload?
Stored privately. Only viewable by you, Nick, and the assigned project manager. Auto-deleted 90 days after a lead closes if no project is signed.

What hours do you work on site?
Standard build hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

How do you protect my house during construction?
Plastic runners from the front door to the work zone. Plastic walls sealing off the rest of the house. Daily clean-up. We bring our own dumpster and porta-john on jobs over six weeks.
