By using jaberconstruction.com or any of our AI tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms govern use of the website only — separate written contracts govern any actual construction work.
Submitting a quote request, generating a visualization, or running an estimate does not form a binding construction agreement. A binding agreement only exists after both parties sign a written project contract.
Estimates produced by the Built With tool are non-binding ranges based on retail material prices. Final pricing is set in your written quote after a site visit.
The ReImagine My Space visualizer uses third-party AI models. Generated images are previews — they may not accurately reflect what is structurally, code-compliant, or visually possible in your actual space. We make no representation that we can build any specific generated design.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them through the AI service solely to produce the output you requested. We do not use your uploads to train external models.
You may not upload content you do not have the right to share, content depicting other people without their consent, or anything illegal, hateful, or pornographic. Uploads of this kind will be deleted and the offending account terminated.
Don't scrape, attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or otherwise abuse the site or the AI endpoints. Rate limits apply: 3 visualizations per session anonymously, 10/day for account holders.
Don't impersonate other homeowners, fabricate addresses, or submit junk leads. We log and block abuse.
The "Jaber Construction" name, the AI tool names "Snap a Quote", "ReImagine My Space", and "Built With", the site copy, layout, and code are property of Jaber Construction.
Photos of completed Jaber projects shown on this site are also our property unless credited otherwise. You may share individual project pages on social media; you may not redistribute the photo library as a whole.
The site and AI tools are provided as-is, without warranty. We do our best to keep them running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Construction-work warranties are described in your project contract, not here.
To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or AI tools (separate from a signed construction contract) is limited to $100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute under these terms is resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Prince William County, Virginia.
