How we actually handle financing

We hand you the link. You apply directly.

• At consult, we'll talk about your timeline and budget — financing only enters the conversation if you bring it up.
• If you want to use a lender, we email a direct application link. You apply with them, not us. Approval is yours alone.
• Once approved, the lender pays us in milestone draws as we hit them. You pay the lender per their schedule.
• We never see your full credit application, your bank info, or your SSN. That conversation lives between you and the lender.
• There are zero kickbacks. The rate you see is the rate they quote — we get nothing for steering you to any particular option.
