Jaber Construction ("Jaber", "we", "us") is a Virginia-licensed residential remodeling company headquartered at Gainesville, VA 20155. We operate this website and the AI tools accessible through it.
Contact information you give us — name, phone, email, project address — when you start a quote, book a consult, or write us.
Project media you upload — photos, videos, voice memos — through the Snap-a-Quote tool or the ReImagine My Space visualizer.
Usage analytics — pages viewed, anonymized device type, referring source. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites.
If you create a customer account: your password (hashed, never stored in plain text), notification preferences, and a project history tied to your account.
To respond to your project request with a written quote, schedule consults, send progress updates, and collaborate with you during a build.
To run the AI tools — image generation prompts are sent to Replicate; voice memos are transcribed via OpenAI Whisper; both are processed under their respective data agreements.
To send transactional email (Resend) and SMS (Twilio) — quote confirmations, scheduling, project milestones. We do not send marketing email without explicit opt-in.
We never sell or rent your contact information or your project media to anyone, ever.
Active leads and signed projects: retained for the life of the customer relationship plus seven years for warranty and tax recordkeeping.
Closed unsuccessful leads (no project signed): auto-deleted ninety days after the last contact, including any uploaded photos, videos, and voice memos.
Customer-account accounts can be deleted at any time from the account settings page — this immediately removes your profile and queues all linked media for permanent deletion within thirty days.
Anything you upload is private by default. Only you, Nick, and the assigned project manager can view it.
We will never use your photos in marketing, portfolio, social media, or anywhere public without your explicit written approval, which we will request in writing if we'd like to feature your project.
AI-generated visualizations of your room belong to you. We retain a copy linked to your account so you can re-download or share them later.
We do not use cross-site advertising cookies. We do not run Meta Pixel, Google Ads pixels, or similar.
Strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF protection) are used to keep the customer portal logged in. These cannot be disabled without breaking site functionality.
Plausible Analytics uses cookie-free measurement. You may opt out by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.
Cloudflare (DDoS protection, image delivery), Vercel (web hosting), Neon (database), Replicate (AI image generation), OpenAI (transcription + summarization), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Mapbox (maps). Each has their own privacy policy; data shared with them is limited to what's necessary to deliver the function.
We have signed data-processing agreements with the services above that handle personal information.
You can request a copy of all data we hold on you, request corrections, or request deletion by emailing jabercon1@gmail.com from the email address on file. We respond within thirty days.
Virginia residents under VCDPA: you also have the right to opt out of certain processing and to appeal denials. Contact us at the same address.
Our site is not directed to children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under thirteen.
We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for thirty days and via email to customer-account holders. The date below reflects the last update.
