The brief

They wanted the room they'd been describing to friends for years.

This basement started as a concrete shell with plastic-wrapped insulation and an air hockey table waiting for a real room. We framed and drywalled the full footprint, ran recessed lighting, and laid wide-plank LVP from one end to the walkout door. The air hockey table went right back where it stood — this time on a finished floor.
